A 30 kg bag of Magicrete MagicBond Block Jointing Mortar has an appearance of grey powder, a pot life of approximately 1.5-2 hours, requires about 25% water by weight (around 0.35 litres per kg), provides coverage of roughly 170-180 sq. ft. for 4-inch blocks, and offers a high tensile adhesive strength of over 0.41 MPa. This dry-mix mortar is designed for joining Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks and does not require curing.
